The offer

New accounts receive a seven-day trial with no card required. After the trial, sharing features become read-only until lifetime access is purchased for a one-time $49 payment through Gumroad. “Lifetime” means for the operating life of the Solum Share service; there is no recurring subscription or renewal fee. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Refunds and access

The planned offer includes a 30-day period in which you may request a refund through Gumroad. A completed refund, unresolved payment dispute, or chargeback withdraws lifetime access. Share is designed to check purchase status after that period and periodically afterward. The final terms will describe refund eligibility and export and deletion access when sharing is locked.

Provider accounts and coverage

You need accounts and plans that support the required connectors or hooks. Provider subscriptions, API usage, device uptime, and model costs are separate. Consumer ChatGPT and Claude do not expose a guaranteed automatic export of every conversation, so Share cannot promise complete capture there. Hermes hooks and chats you operate through an API can be configured for deterministic synchronization, but service or network failures can still interrupt delivery.

Memory processing

The first release is designed to keep raw synchronized conversation packets for up to 30 days while they are processed. Memory candidates, summaries, and legacy briefs are AI-generated and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Memories you approve or review remain until you edit or forget them. Review important information and its source before relying on it.

Connection permissions

Each AI connection receives only the Share capabilities you enable, such as reading memory, proposing updates, synchronizing conversations, or handling sensitive memories. Share is a separate memory layer and does not guarantee that a provider will invoke it, incorporate a result, or change its own built-in memory.

Before launch

The first integrations and central-memory features are under development and have not yet passed real-account launch verification. The operator’s legal identity, contact, support process, deletion process, service limits, and final agreement must be supplied and reviewed. No purchase is required to explore the sample dashboard.
